If you played in the Clackamas Youth LAX league last year, or are a member of US Lacrosse, prior to completing your online registration you will need to locate your US Lacrosse membership # (all 2009 CYL players were automatically registered) .  You can also locate your US Lacrosse membership # by going to the web address listed below, and entering the players name, DOB, and ZIP code:
