Refund Policy
CYL Inc, REFUND POLICY


All payments made to CYL, Inc., are considered non-refundable.  We do not offer refunds for any payments made for any programs.  CYL Board does reserve the right to make refunds on fees paid for special circumstances.  However, any refunds that are made are at the discretion of the CYL Board of Directors.  It should be assumed that refunds will not be given.  Once we have youth athletes enroll in our program, portions of the fees begin getting spent on the upcoming season.  The CYL, Inc., also reserves the right to offer pro rated refunds at it's discretion.
